Outfit | June Cleaver

Golden afternoon light...

This gingham outfit was inspired by June Cleaver from the TV series Leave it to Beaver.
Although it looks like a shirt-dress, it's actually a separate blouse and skirt.  I thought that would be more versatile since I can wear the blouse or skirt independently of each other.

  5. What an adorable outfit! So cute for summer too. And the idea of skirt and blouse was a cool idea for versatility. You did a fabulous job sewing it and Kellie did a great job of capturing your success!

  6. Another beautiful choice of pictures for your header photo.
The contrast between yourself in your lovely dress and the green landscape is impressive.
