Hello, hello, hello!!
I'm completely, utterly happy.
Why all this excessive glee??
Kellie is home!!!!
To celebrate her homecoming (and as a sort of belated b-day celebration for me), we had a wall tent sleepover the other night with all the trimmings.
It was so good to see my dear friend - we hadn't seen each other for almost 2 months!
First on our list was a game of badminton, Idaho hick style. It involved much talk and laughter...and possibly some near-hysterical giggles as it got towards dark;) I discovered some muscles in my right arm that hadn't been used in quite a while and they are protesting their use vehemently today. But it was worth it;)
Then all of the girls (Mrs. Falconer, too:) snuggled up in Kellie's wall tent to eat indecent amounts of Jelly Bellies while watching Fred and Ginger being absolutely adorable in Carefree. Love that movie!
We slept in till about 9 the next morning and then sat around on the bed and talked until 10, at which point we decided to stop being lazy and enjoy the beautiful day.
After a delicious duck egg omelet (with onions and mushrooms!), we decided to go for a bike ride and get some pictures.
Welll...when I say some I mean quite a few.
Wellll...when I say quite a few, I mean a lot.
Wellll...judge for yourself...

Kellie cleverly edited the street sign to read Laughter Ln.
It was definitely that!
Rosie trying out my sunglasses:)
Kellie says I look adorable in the above picture...that wasn't the word I was thinking of, but I'll take her word for it;)
Now this, is adorable...

We unanimously decided that Rosie looks like a fluffy panda in the above picture;)

After biking, we followed one of the creeks up to the pond...
Kellie and I were brave and went wading.
One word...cold! Make that icy cold.
;)
Thank you for being our photographer, Ellen! =)
Happy Trails, y'all!
